Web Project Manager

Our client is currently seeking a Web Project Manager to join their digital team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for websites and digital solutions, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong client relationships. The successful candidate will act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring the seamless delivery of digital projects.

• Manage and grow client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships
• Lead multiple digital projects from scoping to final delivery
• Coordinate with developers, designers, and marketing teams to meet project objectives
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard
• Contribute to business development by identifying upsell opportunities
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and invoicing for assigned projects
• Support and mentor internal account/project management team members

• Previous experience as a Client Delivery Manager, Account Manager or Project Manager in a digital or web setting
• Strong understanding of websites, design, and digital platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commercial awareness with a strategic, solution-focused mindset
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
• Confident leading client meetings and collaborating with stakeholders
