An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking a senior Private Client Solicitor to join its well-respected team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced practitioner to work closely with a sophisticated client base, including business owners and high-net-worth individuals.

The role offers high-quality, advisory-focused work and the chance to build long-term relationships with clients who value clear, commercially aware and efficient legal advice.

You will play a key role in advising clients on complex private client matters, often involving multi-generational planning and substantial business or personal assets. The position provides significant autonomy, with the support of a collaborative and experienced team, and the opportunity to contribute strategically to client planning.

• Drafting wills and advising on probate and estate administration
• Delivering comprehensive estate and succession planning advice
• Advising owner-managed businesses on exit and succession strategies
• Trust creation, administration and advisory work
• Providing pragmatic, business-minded advice tailored to individual client needs

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 10 years' post-qualification experience
• Ideally STEP qualified (or equivalent)
• Comfortable advising high-net-worth individuals and business owners
