MDS offers a two-year Graduate Scheme with up to four rotational placements across member businesses in the food supply chain. Trainees work toward a leadership qualification and gain practical, on-the-job experience from day one.
New for 2026, the School Leavers Programme provides an alternative path, combining hands-on work with study towards a supply chain qualification. Paid apprenticeship and structured development are core to the program.
