Cleaning Supervisor

We have an exciting opportunity for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our business supervising and leading our cleaning team based within a Cinema in Milton Keynes. This role is suitable for someone with experience of supervising a team, or an experienced cleaner ready to step up.

• 05:00 am – 08:00 am, Monday – Sunday (Wednesday off)

• Supervise a team of cleaners to ensure high standards are met
• Allocate tasks and ensure cleaning specifications are met
• Assist with on‑site audits
• Induct, train and support new starters
• Vacuum and clean floor areas
• Control dust
• Remove and dispose of litter
• Sanitise all areas
• Replenish soap, toilet rolls and hand towels

• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Previous cleaning experience
• Reliable and punctual
• Polite and courteous to all staff and customers
• Prides themselves on the delivery of a high standard of work
