Female Clean Team Member (Bank) – Nuffield Health Milton Keynes FWC

Salary: £12.58 per hour. Bank contract – ad‑hoc. You will work on an ad‑hoc basis to suit business needs and your availability.

We expect you to organise your work and plan your time with assistance from a Team Leader to ensure cleaning never gets in the way of a customer’s experience. You will use the latest cleaning equipment, products and receive a first‑class training programme. You have a friendly nature and good communication skills, which will come in handy when you’re interacting with colleagues and customers.

• Clean and prepare a range of areas at our club.
• Care about our customers.
• Take pride in your work.
• Be well organised and ensure cleaning processes are followed, keeping the location clean, pleasant and safe.
• Use equipment safely (e.g., scrubber dryers, rotary machines & carpet cleaners).
• Perform a variety of tasks – gym, changing rooms, shower & poolside cleaning, waste removal & periodic deep cleaning.
