Cleaner Job Introduction

Pinnacle Group are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within our communities. You will join our Soft FM Cleaning Team at a housing site in Milton Keynes. Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations – including housing providers and blue‑light authorities – with a focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, quality service, community impact and customer care.

The role will involve general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and waste management to ensure a welcoming environment for all residents. • General cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, dusting, waste management).
• Cleaning of communal internal and external areas such as lifts, stairs, courtyards, paths and grass according to the contract specification.
• Removing dumped refuse bags and household items to refuse chambers or other refuse areas.
• Checking communal lighting and replacing blown bulbs.
• Sweeping hard surfaces and picking litter from soft surfaces.
• Cleaning windows within easy reach.

• Cleaning experience in a professional setting.
• Experience using cleaning machinery.
• Strong communication skills for speaking with residents.
