A thriving multi-disciplinary contractor in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, is looking for a Project Manager to join their team to work on refurbishment and fit-out construction schemes.
Employing approximately 100 employees, their business encompasses an FM & Small Works Team, M&E Team, and a Projects delivery team.
Fit-out and refurbishment projects account for around 50% of the company's revenue, and they are successful across industrial, commercial, NHS, and government sectors.

** Role Overview - Project Manager*
* As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and controlling projects from conception to completion. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, environmental compliance, and quality assurance, all while effectively managing project budgets in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
 
* Project scale: £50,000 - £5 million

* Location:

Based at their office in Milton Keynes, with regular site visits.
Qualifications for the Ideal Candidate:
 
* Proven track record in managing refurbishment/fit-out projects, experience in office and warehouse fit-out sectors
 
* In-depth knowledge of JCT contract schemes
