The Project Manager will oversee all construction phases, ensuring programme, quality, safety, and budget targets are met.
This role requires strong traditional-build experience and proven ability to manage multi-unit sites with both high-rise and housing elements.
Key Responsibilities

* Manage site teams, subcontractors, and external consultants to deliver work to programme.
* Develop and maintain detailed construction programmes and progress tracking.
* Ensure all works comply with building regulations, quality standards, and H&S policies.
* Chair regular progress meetings and produce accurate project reports.
* Manage budget control, procurement coordination, and material scheduling.
* Oversee logistics, site planning, and sequencing of trades for both high-rise and housing plots.
* Drive quality assurance and snag management across all units.
* Maintain strong client communication and manage expectations throughout the project.
* Resolve technical queries and provide solutions to on-site challenges.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Project Manager on traditional build housing developments.
* Background in delivering mixed schemes including high-rise and low-rise units.
* Strong leadership skills and ability to coordinate multiple teams.
* Excellent communication and client-facing ability.
* Solid understanding of construction sequencing, building regulations, and quality control.
* Strong H&S management experience (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid preferred).
* Ability to work under pressure and drive the project to key milestones.
