Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Great Linford

We are recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor for our client based in Milton Keynes.

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Warehouse Shift Supervisor to join a busy and fast-paced operations team.

In this role, you will take responsibility for leading a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring all daily tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest company standards.

Key Responsibilities::

* Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including goods-in, picking, packing, and dispatch

* Lead, motivate, and support a team of warehouse operatives

* Ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety regulations

* Monitor productivity, quality, and performance targets

* Conduct shift handovers and maintain clear communication across departments

* Assist with training new staff and support ongoing team development

* Manage inventory accuracy and assist with stock control activities

* Resolve issues quickly and effectively to maintain smooth warehouse operations

About You:

* Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

* Solid understanding of warehouse processes and safety procedures

* Confident using warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic IT programs

* Positive attitude with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Hours of work:

* 07:00 - 15:30 (including 30 min unpaid break) - Includes a Saturday

* 12:30 - 21:00 (including 30 min unpaid break)
