Senior Project Manager – £90m High-Rise BTR Scheme

We are working with a well-established Tier 2 contractor to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a £90m high-rise Build-to-Rent (BTR) apartment scheme in central Milton Keynes.

This is a site number one role, offering full ownership of the project from inception through to completion, with the autonomy to build and shape your own project team. The role is ideally suited to a confident, client-facing Project Manager with a proven track record delivering large-scale, multiroom residential schemes.

The Project

The Role

As Senior Project Manager, you will have full responsibility for:

* Acting as the number one on site, with overall accountability for programme, quality, safety, and commercial performance

* Leading and coordinating the full project team, including the opportunity to appoint and develop your own key team members

* Managing client relationships and acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle

* Driving programme certainty, build quality, and risk management on a complex high-rise scheme

* Working closely with commercial, design, and construction teams from inception to completion

* Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements

About You

* Proven experience delivering large-scale multiroom residential schemes (BTR, apartments, student accommodation or similar)

* Demonstrable experience running projects of £70m+ in value

* Strong client-facing and leadership capability

* Confident managing complex programmes, stakeholders, and supply chains

* Background with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor

Qualifications

* SMSTS

* CSCS (Black or equivalent)

* First Aid

* NVQ Level 6 (or equivalent)
