Production Operative

Overview

Great opportunity to work as a Production Operative for our client, Leading National Bakery. Staffline is recruiting Production Operatives in Milton Keynes
.

The rate of pay is:

• Day shift £12.57 per hour, after 12 weeks £12.92
• Night Shift £14.85 per hour, after 12 weeks £14.85

Overtime is available and is paid at time and a half.

This is a full-time role working rotating shifts. The hours of work are:

Days:

• 4am to 4pm
• 6am to 6pm
• 7am to 7pm

Nights:

• 4pm to 4am
• 6pm to 6am
• 7pm to 7am

• Working on a production line
• Mixing and loading ingredients into the machines
• Decanting finished products off racks
• Ensuring that all food is stored away correctly
• Picking and packing products for dispatch
• Ensuring that your work area and equipment are kept clean and tidy

Please note some heavy lifting is involved in this role.

Our perfect Production Operative works well independently as part of a wider team within a fast-paced environment. You will be punctual, reliable, and communicate effectively.

Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
