Xerox Operator, Print Finisher & Delivery

We are a well-established, fast-paced printing company in Milton Keynes seeking an experienced and reliable Print Production All-Rounder to join our team. This is a key hands-on role for a self-motivated individual who can efficiently manage the process from print through to delivery.

The Role Requires:
Digital Printer Operation:
Expert set-up, operation, and maintenance of digital print machinery (e.g., Xerox, Canon, or similar). Print Finishing:
Proven experience in general print finishing, including operating a B3 guilotine, creasing, folding, binding (wiro/comb), and laminating. Logistics & Delivery: A full, clean UK Driving Licence is essential for performing local deliveries in a small company van. Quality Control:
High attention to detail to ensure all printed and finished products meet our strict quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and run digital print jobs from file to finished product. Accurately and safely operate the basic guillotine and other finishing equipment. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment. Ensure jobs are completed on time, prioritising workflow efficiently. Load and unload the delivery vehicle and perform daily local deliveries. Assist in general workshop duties and maintaining a clean, organised environment.

The Ideal Candidate Will Be:
Experienced (minimum 2 years) in a commercial digital print environment. A proactive team player with excellent time management skills. Highly organised, with a methodical and detail-oriented approach. Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks. Physically able to handle printing materials and stock.
