Continental shift pattern (12-hour rotating days & nights)
About the Role
We are recruiting a Mixing Operative to join our production team in Milton Keynes. This is a hands-on role working across multiple production lines, ensuring ingredients are accurately weighed, recorded, and supplied to meet production and quality standards.
Key Duties

· Weighing and tipping ingredients in line with specifications

· Recording batch and weight data using an ERP system

· Managing materials to ensure continuous production flow

· Supporting multiple production lines to meet KPI targets

· Carrying out quality checks and maintaining full traceability

· Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment

· Working as part of a supportive production team

· Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Commitment to Health & Safety procedures

· Flexible and reliable for day and night shift work
