Job Description & How to Apply Below
Teamwork is central to everything we do, built on a foundation of trust, creativity, and bold thinking. We celebrate every achievement together - big or small - because success is always a shared effort.
You will be responsible for testing, inspecting, and documenting a wide range of sensors, electronic components, and assemblies required for operating Heritage F1 show cars. This includes supporting the maintenance and calibration of all test and inspection equipment, including specialist rigs, within the Test and Inspection department.
We are looking for someone who can:
* Test and inspect sensors, harnesses, and component assemblies on heritage cars, following current documentation and procedures.
* Complete tasks efficiently according to priorities set by the Heritage Electronics Coordinator and report any build issues promptly.
* Maintain and calibrate test and inspection equipment, ensuring it is fit for purpose and highlighting any issues to the appropriate team lead.
* Generate fault reports for factory turnaround issues and ensure accurate Epicor and TLS transactions to maintain assembly integrity.
* Adhere to company standards and actively participate in functional fitness programs.
The successful candidate will have:
* Proven experience working in a similar role within Formula 1 electronics, including proficiency with MAT tools such as ATLAS and System Monitor.
* Strong background in MIL-spec wiring installations, sensor technologies, and all types of electrical/electronic systems used in high-performance vehicles.
* Ability to test and inspect sensors, harnesses, and component assemblies, generate accurate fault reports, and ensure calibration and integrity of test equipment.
* Familiarity with Epicor and TLS systems for timely and accurate transaction processing, maintaining assembly integrity and compliance with company standards.
At Red Bull Technology, we’re more than a Formula 1 team - we’re a high-performance innovation hub, pushing the limits of what’s possible. We thrive on big ambitions, bold engineering, and a relentless drive to win.
Our success is built on trust, collaboration, and the belief that the best ideas come from those who dare to challenge the norm.
Alongside a competitive salary, you’ll enjoy:
* Bonus scheme
* Private healthcare
* A pension scheme
* On-site gym
* Free daily food allowance
* And many more!
At Red Bull Racing & Technology, we believe our greatest strength is our people. We celebrate every success - together - and know that trust and collaboration are what drive us forward as one team.##
