Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll lead multi‑channel activity across paid search, paid social, SEO and email, driving lead generation and brand visibility. You’ll also play a key role in hiring and mentoring a direct report, building capability and raising the bar for performance.

• Own and deliver the marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, SEO and email.

• Proven B2B SaaS or B2B technology marketing experience with strong digital acquisition skills.
• Hands‑on expertise in paid search and paid social, not just agency oversight.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and improve campaign performance.
• A fast‑paced, strategic approach and excellent communication skills.
