We’re now looking for an exceptional Marketing & PR Manager to help shape Urban’s brand story globally and drive campaigns, partnerships and activations that reflect our premium positioning.

The Role

Reporting to the Global Brand & Marketing Director, the Marketing & PR Manager will play a central role in delivering Urban’s global brand strategy across influencer partnerships, marketing campaigns, social media, PR and live brand experiences. This is a hands‑on leadership role, ideal for someone who can think strategically, execute brilliantly, and manage partners and internal teams to a high standard.

You’ll be working across some of the most exciting elements of brand building — from creator collaborations and launches to events, media coverage and cultural moments — ensuring Urban continues to lead at the premium end of the market.

Key Responsibilities Influencer & Partnership Programme
  • Own and manage Urban’s influencer and partnership programme end‑to‑end
  • Identify, onboard and nurture relationships with high‑value creators, ambassadors and aligned partners
  • Manage influencer contracts, deliverables, content usage rights and performance reporting
  • Collaborate with the content team to maximise influencer‑led output across platforms
Social Media (Paid & Organic)
  • Oversee Urban’s paid and organic social presence across all major platforms
  • Work closely with the Social Media Executive and Marketing Executive to plan content calendars, campaign rollouts and reactive content
  • Collaborate with our digital marketing agency on paid social strategy, targeting and performance optimisation
  • Ensure all social output remains aspirational, culturally relevant and commercially effective
Events & Brand Activations
  • Lead planning and delivery of Urban events and brand activations, including product launches, customer experiences, partner events and industry showcases
  • Partner with PR, influencers and media to maximise exposure and impact around live moments
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure events are captured and repurposed for ongoing marketing use
  • Manage budgets, suppliers, timelines and logistics to deliver seamless, on‑brand experiences
PR & External Agency Management
  • Act as day‑to‑day lead with Urban’s PR agency, ensuring clear briefs, proactive story generation and strong coverage
  • Work closely with our digital marketing agency to align paid activity with wider brand and campaign objectives
  • Manage budgets, deliverables and timelines across all external partners
Team Leadership
  • Line manage and develop a small in‑house team including Social Media Executive, Marketing Executive and Content Lead
  • Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback and support ongoing progression
  • Encourage close collaboration between marketing, content, design and the wider business
Brand & Strategy
  • Work closely with the Global Brand & Marketing Director to elevate Urban’s brand across every touchpoint
  • Contribute to long‑term brand strategy, market expansion and major brand initiatives
  • Support global activity across key markets: UK, Europe, the Middle East and the US
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in a marketing and PR role within a premium, luxury or lifestyle brand
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media strategy, events and integrated campaign delivery
  • Confident in managing agencies, suppliers and external partners
  • A strong people manager with experience leading and developing a small team
  • Highly organised, commercially aware and detail‑focused with strong project management instincts
