As Creative Marketing Assistant, you will bring energy, organisation, and creativity to support the team across a wide range of activities.

• Assist in the development of engaging and informative marketing toolkits targeting veterinary teams and pet owners.
• Design a range of marketing materials from digital, print, website assets, video production and editing.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of large-scale industry events and product launches.
• Develop and schedule engaging content on social media channels.

• Manage vendor relationships and onboarding documentation.
• Coordinate invoices, raise purchase orders and update budget trackers.
• Support compliance-related paperwork and ensure timely submissions.
• Assist with team scheduling such as organising events, catering and hotels.

• Experience of creative software such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Premier Pro (or similar)
• Website CMS and email experience advantageous
• Proficiency with Microsoft suite Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Aligns and fosters a culture of diversity and inclusivity
• Demonstrates initiative, enthusiasm for collaboration, and ability to prioritise time and deliverables.
• Demonstrates clear and effective communication.
