Marketing Executive

About This Role

Are you a Marketing Executive or aspiring marketing professional looking to build a meaningful career in the asset rental sector? This Marketing Executive role within our Material Handling (MH) division puts you at the heart of the business, connecting people, ideas and outcomes across sales, operations and our in‑house creative team. There is also opportunity for a hybrid working pattern within this position.

You will act as the main marketing contact for our MH division, shaping campaigns that support growth while keeping the human experience front and centre. This role is about curiosity, collaboration and turning ideas into action, not ticking boxes.

• Act as the go‑to marketing partner for our MH teams, translating commercial goals into engaging marketing activity
• Brief and collaborate with designers, digital specialists and agencies to bring campaigns to life
• Help plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness
• Keep marketing activity organised, on track and aligned with wider business priorities
• Balance creativity with insight, using feedback and data to refine what we do

This role suits someone who enjoys working with people, ideas and momentum, and who likes seeing their work make a difference across a business. You do not need to have done everything before, but you should enjoy learning, communicating clearly and taking ownership.

We are looking for someone who brings enthusiasm, structure and a genuine interest in how marketing supports customers and colleagues alike.

• You hold a degree or equivalent professional accreditation within Marketing or business
• You have a full UK driving licence, as some travel between sites will be required
• You are comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders and explaining ideas
• You enjoy juggling different projects and can keep calm when priorities shift
• You are curious, organised and keen to grow your marketing career in a commercial environment
