, or similar brands or creators. You need to understand the science of social media reels, viral content and what viewers really want to see. You must be knowledgeable in growing a personal brand to the millions.

This is a senior, hands-on content role for someone who knows how viral content is actually created on social media.

You will work directly with the CEO and the Videographer to build and scale his high-profile personal brand. You’ll be on shoots, out filming, spotting moments in real time, and turning everyday situations into viral Reels, Shorts, and Tik Toks

• content ideas, concepts, and execution
• Filming with the CEO in real environments, office, lifestyle, cars, etc
• Creating high-performing Reels, Shorts, and Tik Toks
• Deep understanding of hooks, retention, shares, and watch time
• Designing challenges, social experiments, and bold content formats
• Pitching the CEO continuously to podcasts, media, and interview platforms
• Supporting growth across:
  Instagram, Facebook, You Tube, Tik Tok

You must have:

• 5+ years experience growing influencers or personal brands to the millions
• Proven examples of viral content you’ve personally led
• Confidence working with high-level personalities
• Strong initiative, you bring ideas without being asked
• The ability to execute fast without hand-holding
