Trainee Data Analyst

We’re looking for an efficient Trainee Data Processor to join the team at our ACTIVA site in Milton Keynes. In this role, you’ll facilitate the extraction and compilation of data for relevant recipients, ensuring reporting is completed to an agreed schedule and liaising with customers to understand their reporting requirements. You should bring strong communication skills, an ability to explain data results concisely, and a meticulous eye for detail.

You must be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

• Have a full understanding of the clients' requirements
• Ensure all data extraction is completed in a timely manner, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Create tailored MI as set up for individual customers
• Produce a standard suite of reports on request
• Update and amend relevant formulas and pivot tables in Excel spreadsheets for other departments
• Understand the relevant data needed for specific reports
• Build effective internal and external relationships
• Be highly motivated to work individually and as a team
• Exhibit a can-do attitude
• Demonstrate excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
• Be computer-literate to an intermediate level on all Microsoft packages
• Possess good mathematical skills
