Starbucks Barista

Cineworld Milton Keynes is one of the busiest cinemas in the Cineworld portfolio. Located in the Xscape Centre, it's a stone's throw away from a thriving shopping centre in the heart of the city, with excellent public transport links and parking. We are looking for a part-time Barista to join out team. The ideal candidate will be available to work weekends when our store is at it's busiest, will be able to demonstrate a passion for coffee, and a drive to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

The role of the Starbucks Barista is to contribute to Starbucks’ success by providing legendary customer service to all customers by providing them with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. The Barista is responsible for acting in accordance with, and as an ambassador for Starbucks guiding principles, culture and values; embracing the coffee culture and keeping it at the heart of everything we do.

• Discovering and responding to customers’ needs, providing product sampling and demonstrations to deliver the Starbucks Experience to customers.
• Follow Starbucks operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling, security and health and safety to ensure the safety of self, customers and partners at all times.
