Qualifications

As a Team Leader, you will…

• Provide memorable customer experiences each visit.
• Deputise for management and resolve issues in their absence.
• Coordinate and organise the team during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a safe, legal, and clean bar environment, addressing issues promptly.
• We are seeking a reception supervisor or experienced receptionist aiming to progress to supervisor.
