What You’ll Be Doing
  • Oversee all kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead, train, and inspire the kitchen team to deliver high‑quality food.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive the restaurant’s success.
  • Create a positive and motivating work environment in the kitchen.
  • Handle any kitchen‑related issues and resolve them promptly.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in a kitchen management role within a fast‑paced restaurant or similar environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a kitchen team.
  • A passion for cooking and delivering consistently great food.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Deep understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a high‑energy environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
