Are you an experienced Area Sales Manager or aspiring Sales Executive looking for your next opportunity? Join Dawsongroup and help us continue our 50-year legacy in asset rentals, supporting customers nationwide with innovative and sustainable transport solutions. You’ll drive new business growth while nurturing existing relationships to achieve strong, profitable results.

  • Deliver quarterly and annual sales targets within your region
  • Identify and develop local and national strategic accounts
  • Convert new business opportunities through proactive field sales and relationship building
  • Represent Dawsongroup Bus and Coach as the go-to expert in your area
  • Ensure exceptional service standards and compliance across all business activity
About You

You’re a motivated and customer-focused salesperson who thrives on building relationships and seeing tangible results. You’ll bring credibility, ambition, and a collaborative spirit to every conversation.

  • Proven field sales experience, ideally within B2B or automotive sectors
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a solutions-driven mindset
  • Confident managing your own territory and pipeline effectively
  • Full UK driving licence required
  • Positive, approachable, and able to lead by example with integrity
