Job Summary
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for acquiring IT solutions for small and midsize businesses, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring exceptional service by identifying and resolving pain points with appropriate solutions. This role involves quoting and processing orders, maintaining product knowledge, and utilizing CRM and ERP tools for effective sales management and communication. The Inside Sales Representative must demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to retain and grow customer accounts while embodying SHI Corp Sales values.
Responsibilities- Acquire IT solutions for small and midsize businesses, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Resolve customer inquiries by identifying pain points and offering appropriate IT solutions.
- Quote and process customer orders efficiently using SHI systems and tools.
- Embodies SHI Corp Sales values such as integrity and helpfulness in all interactions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments through regular training.
- Utilize internal tools like CRM and ERP for effective sales management and communication.
- Collaborate with internal resources to enhance co-selling opportunities.
- Retain and grow existing customer accounts through regular profiling and engagement.
- Attend required sales and product training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of SHI's quoting, ordering, and sourcing systems.
