Job Title
Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Business Development Representative, Lead Generation Specialist, Inside Sales Rep, BDR
LocationMilton Keynes, England, United Kingdom (Hybrid – minimum 3 days a week in office)
Salary£28k – £32k base salary + uncapped commission (OTE £40k first year)
Responsibilities- Act as the first voice prospects hear, identifying opportunities and qualifying leads.
- Uncover decision-makers across industries via calls, emails, Linked In and creative outreach.
- Support the Business Development team to generate and close leads.
- Build expertise and confidence to grow into a high‑performing B2B sales professional.
- Previous outbound sales or business development experience is a plus.
- Team player, driven, and motivated by earnings and relationship building.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for great conversations.
