Telesales Executive

Position: Telesales Executive (Permanent)
We have an exciting opportunity for a Telesales Executive based in Milton Keynes for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis.

Summary of the Telesales Executive role

Salary: £28,000-£30,000 + Bonus

Responsibilities of the Telesales Executive

* Develop new and existing relationships by prospecting (outbound) selected and allocated accounts

* Office point of contact for sales enquiries and product information requests

* Conduct market research

* Identify products or services that best meet the customer’s needs

* Identify potential customers and new business

* Maintain CRM system – updating, cleansing and order processing

Requirements for a successful Telesales Executive

* Experience of telesales or telemarketing

* Ability to work in a target-driven environment

* Good level of numeracy and ability to interpret sales data

* Industry knowledge of the dental or medical sector
