• Advise clients on Life, Critical Illness, Disability, and investment-linked solutions
• Use BIG’s digital tools, quoting systems, and automated lead management platform
• Build your own pipeline through prospecting, relationship management, and cross-selling
• Provide compliant, professional guidance and deliver exceptional client service
• Strengthen retention through proactive reviews and personalized financial recommendations

• Valid LLQP License
• Minimum 2 years of life insurance sales experience in Canada
• Strong prospecting and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Self-driven with a growth mindset
