Residential Sales Manager

The Role:

We are seeking a Residential Sales Manager or experienced Sales Valuer wanting to progress their career to work on a full time, permanent basis in our Minehead office. The Minehead office is extremely well established and has a busy friendly atmosphere. This is a full-time position and salary is highly competitive.

The successful candidate must have:

• Ability to develop new business opportunities in estate agency and cross sell across the business
• Excellent track record in estate agency, with a proven track record in winning new business
• Knowledge of the local property market
• A driven and pro-active approach to work.
• Highly organised and efficient approach
• Outgoing personality with a passion for customer service
• Leadership and management skills
• Full driving licence essential

This will suit an individual who is currently working in a similar role or as a Senior Negotiator/Valuer who wants to develop and progress their career with a dynamic and sought-after Estate Agency.
