Roles & Responsibilities- Walk up desk support
- Provide onsite support for laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
- Perform device setup, deployment, imaging, and user onboarding activities.
- Troubleshoot hardware failures, connectivity issues, and application access problems.
- Coordinate break-fix activities and vendor support engagements.
- Support users at designated office locations and field facilities.
- Assist users with software installations, upgrades, and configuration.
- Partner with remote support teams for complex issue resolution.
- Maintain equipment inventory and asset records.
- Document support activities and update ticket records
Salary Range: $60,000-$65,000 a year
