Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated, entry-level Outside Sales Trainees to join a 12‑month training program combining field and classroom learning. The classroom training takes place at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH, with classroom topics on dealership operations, sales techniques, and negotiation.
Field training involves a Sales Mentor and travel with overnight stays up to 80–100% during training.
