Ampact is seeking a Housing Resource Navigator for the Heading Home Corps in Minnesota. You will support individuals facing homelessness or housing insecurity by guiding them through housing resources, setting goals, and developing action plans.
Training is provided, with ongoing support to help participants achieve safe, stable housing. Responsibilities include building relationships, tracking progress, and connecting clients with social services.
