Production Technician supporting cGMP biopharmaceutical manufacturing in a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor production equipment used in cGMP manufacturing.
- Execute batch steps according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain accurate, complete documentation to support regulatory compliance.
- Perform in-process sampling and basic analytical checks as required.
- Follow strict safety, quality, and contamination-control practices.
- Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and quality teams to support troubleshooting and process improvements.
- Contribute to consistent, reliable production of innovative therapies.
- Strong understanding of cGMP expectations and quality documentation practices.
- Ability to perform equipment operations, sampling, and routine analytical tasks.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on compliance, safety, and contamination control.
- Effective teamwork and communication to support issue resolution and continuous improvement.
