IAM Engineer
- Sail Point We  are seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to support a large enterprise organization’s Information Security team. This individual will perform Level 3 engineering work focused on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and identity governance initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on SailPoint experience and be comfortable translating business requirements into technical designs and implementing solutions within a complex enterprise environment.

Responsibilities Design, configure, and support SailPoint ISC and Identity IQ (IIQ)
Support Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and Lifecycle Management (LCM)
Set up and configure IQ and VA servers

Design and implement SCIM integrations

Translate business requirements into technical designs and solutions

Troubleshoot complex IAM issues and provide Level 3 engineering support

Support identity lifecycle, access governance, provisioning, and integration initiatives

Required Qualifications 2-3+ years of hands-on SailPoint experience

Experience with SailPoint ISC preferred, with IIQ experience also applicable

Strong understanding of IAM, IGA, and LCMHands-on experience with SCIM integrations

Experience designing and implementing enterprise IAM solutions

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SailPoint Machine Identity Security (MIS) and/or Entro Knowledge of Non-Human Identity (NHI) security

Exposure to Agentic AI identity discovery and management
