Lead backroom operations at Walmart in Miramichi, coordinating unloading, task completion, customer service, and associate development each shift.
As a Stocking 2 Team Lead, you assist with department leadership, workload planning, and operational functions. You respond to inquiries, resolve customer issues, coordinate priorities, and support salesfloor activities. You also teach associates, provide feedback, track productivity, and support management processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate unloading and backroom task completion
- Lead daily team huddles and communicate shift updates
- Secure high ticket merchandise and complete audits
- Identify training opportunities and develop associates
- Maintain safe, clean, hazard free work areas
- Be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to provide polite, friendly customer service
- Ability to coordinate communicated department priorities
- Ability to teach, train, and provide feedback
- Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
Support Walmart’s Miramichi stocking team through backroom coordination, customer service, associate training, and daily operational leadership.
