Customer Care Representative
Connect Hearing Canada is offering an entry level, full‑time, 3‑month contract position (possibility of extension) for a Customer Care Representative.
Location:
Mission, BC – Reporting to Regional Clinic Manager.
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and by email.
- Schedule appointments and organize files for the clinic’s Hearing Care Professionals.
- Manage and maintain client accounts while building relationships.
- Work with insurance companies to ensure successful third‑party billing operations.
- Assist with cleanings and minor in‑clinic device repairs (training provided).
- Starting wage of $20/hour.
- Extended Health Benefits Package from day one.
- 3 weeks vacation to start, increasing with tenure.
- 6 days of personal time in first year.
- Additional days off, including your birthday.
- Monday‑Friday business hours.
- Eligible for monthly bonus.
