We are Santo Catholic Mission, a media and technology integrated mission dedicated to promoting daily Catholic prayers and faith practices among Catholics worldwide. Our global Catholic Prayer Mission, established in Canada in 2020, is dedicated to uniting Catholics worldwide through daily prayer and devotional practices. We bridge cultural and linguistic barriers by making Catholic prayers accessible in multiple languages, helping the faithful deepen their relationship with God while preserving sacred traditions.

Your Role

As a QA Tester at our Cochin office, you will:

• Create and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Perform manual and automated testing across our mobile apps, websites, and backend systems
• Conduct functional, regression, performance, and usability testing
• Identify, document, and track bugs using test management tools
• Verify bug fixes and ensure they meet quality standards
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements
• Ensure our digital prayer platforms work flawlessly across different devices and languages
• Participate in user acceptance testing and gather feedback
• Assist in establishing QA processes and best practices
• Prepare test reports and quality metrics

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies
• Knowledge of test management and bug tracking tools
• Familiarity with mobile app testing (iOS and Android)
• Understanding of web technologies and responsive design testing
• Experience with API testing tools
• Basic understanding of SQL for database testing
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Experience with test automation frameworks is a plus
• ISTQB certification is preferred but not required
