We are Santo Catholic Mission, a media and technology integrated mission dedicated to promoting daily Catholic prayers and faith practices among Catholics worldwide. Our global Catholic Prayer Mission, established in Canada in 2020, is dedicated to uniting Catholics worldwide through daily prayer and devotional practices. We bridge cultural and linguistic barriers by making Catholic prayers accessible in multiple languages, helping the faithful deepen their relationship with God while preserving sacred traditions.

Working under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, we foster a global community united in their devotion to Jesus Christ and commitment to Church teachings, answering the universal call to holiness through shared prayer and faith.

Your Role

As a Dev Ops Engineer (AWS) at our Cochin office, you will:

• Design, implement, and maintain our AWS cloud infrastructure
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment of our applications
• Configure and maintain containerization using Docker and Kubernetes
• Implement infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or Cloud Formation
• Monitor system performance and optimize resources for cost-effectiveness
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues
• Create and maintain system documentation
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes
• Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Assist with database administration tasks when needed

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in Dev Ops or SRE roles
• Strong proficiency with AWS services (EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, etc.)
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Cloud Formation)
• Understanding of networking and security in cloud environments
• Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Power Shell
• Experience with monitoring tools (Cloud Watch, Prometheus, Grafana)
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• AWS certifications are a plus
