Summary:

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Canada. This role is vital in ensuring accurate financial transactions and maintaining our commitment to excellence in hydronic heating and cooling solutions

Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable transactions accurately and timely.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
Assist with month-end closing processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
Support audits by providing necessary documentation.
Utilize accounting software to manage invoices and payments.
Contribute to process improvements for efficiency

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Quick Books, JDE, ERP.
Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and bookkeeping principles.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
