We sell, service, and recondition all major brands of transport refrigeration equipment and are committed to delivering the highest level of service to our customers.

  :
  Monday to Friday, 9:30 am – 6:00 pm

• Dispatching
  road service technicians and coordinating their schedules
• Act as the
  Customer Service Representative
  at the front counter
• Manage
  ingate and outgate
  units for service and installations
• Dispatch
  shunter vehicles
  and coordinate with service vehicles
• Organize service for vehicles and issue
  PO#sto vendors
• Track road service projects using
  spreadsheets
• Maintain strong customer relationships by explaining estimates, obtaining customer approvals, and managing customer PO#s
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

• High School Diploma
  or equivalent (preferred)
• Minimum2 years
  of administrative or customer service experience
• Bilingual
  in French and English (asset)
• Strong
  interpersonal communication
  skills
• Ability to use
  judgment and tact
  when dealing with inquiries
• Ability to manage a
  high volume
  of work in a
  fast-paced environment
• Exceptional
  customer service
  and
  strategic problem-solving
  abilities
