Bilingual FRENCH Customer Service Representative

A leading eye care company, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Bilingual French Customer Service Representative to join their team in Mississauga, ON. This is a 6 month contract position with the potential to transition to permanent employment.

This contract role will provide you with the opportunity to contribute in English and French to a dynamic and supportive environment while gaining valuable experience in the eye care industry. If you possess strong communication skills, fluency in French, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply promptly.

Monday to Friday 10-6

Mississauga (L5N) - Onsite
Salary: 25$/hour

Responsibilities
-Receive inbound and outbound calls, handling up to 50 per day.
-Provide exceptional customer service in English and French via phone and email.
-Process orders and handle escalations and inquiries.
-Collaborate with healthcare professionals.
-Achieve key performance indicators and maintain exceptional service on all interactions.

Qualifications
-Fluent in French and English.
-Minimum 1 year of call center experience.
-Self-motivated, quick learner, and tech-savvy.
-Nice to have: SAP/Salesforce/Microsoft Excel
