Our expertise includes Nuclear Steam Plant (NSP) engineering, Balance of Plant (BOP) engineering, Plant Life Management and Extension, Retube Tooling Systems, Inspection and Maintenance Services, Steam Generator Replacement, Plant Equipment Refurbishment and Retrofits.
In this role, you as the Project Manager will be accountable for the successful completion of an assigned portfolio of projects varying in size and complexity. Reporting to the Program Director, you will be accountable for the overall project execution, ensuring that the projects are delivered within contract requirements, meeting Atkins
Réalis and Client standards of quality and safety as well as performance expectations. You will need to understand and manage complex practical, technical, and commercial issues and have proven capability of working constructively with a broad range of stakeholders, leading project teams that are either local to you or across multiple locations. You will have excellent communication, listening, stakeholder management and influencing skills and capable of managing client relationships up to senior level, and engage constructively with multiple stakeholders.
You will enjoy turning your hand to new challenges and will be keen to learn, whilst also wanting to support others within our diverse multi-disciplinary teams. You must also be able to successfully manage the commercial and quality performance of projects and proactively deploy a range of project management techniques to control delivery, cost, and schedule, as well as manage quality, risk, and change.
