The role: We are seeking a Senior Consultant who combines strong leadership, engagement management, and team collaboration skills with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and build teams. This individual will be a deliberate business leader and relationship builder, leveraging their professional network and Hatch’s strong industry reputation to expand our presence in the environmental consulting space. In this role, you will contribute significantly to the strategy, design, and execution of major projects across our mining and metals, energy, and infrastructure sectors, ensuring sustainable and impactful outcomes.

You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, senior leaders, sponsors, and stakeholders, while mentoring teams, coordinating resources, and driving project success from inception to completion.
