Job Description

Responsibilities:

Engage stakeholders and establish their respective ORAT workstream and working groups.

Develops the respective Workstream plan in line with the ORAT program and in close collaboration with stakeholder SPOCs.

Identifies dependencies, key status and review milestones in line with the ORAT countdown schedule.

Manages the resolution of all Workstream related issues, identifies and escalates any threats to the overall ORAT program to the ORAT Lead.

Coaching, mentoring, and supporting the career development of GTAA staff.

Develops the details of objectives, scope, dependencies and schedule of the trials master plan for all GTAA Lift programs

Responsible for the successful execution of the trials plan

Ensure trials are executed in an efficient and effective way that allows validation of newly introduced processes

Qualifications

Required

Qualification:

Bachelors Degree with minimum 8 years experience in managing / leading large and complex programs

Preferred

Qualification:

10 years’ experience in managing / leading large and complex programs.

5 years of experience in a management position.

Strong organization and communication skills.

Previous experience ORAT program(s) is a must.

Ability to analyze and produce solutions to ORAT challenges in respective

workstream.

Demonstrable experience in managing stakeholder relationships and providing

management level reporting to enable effective decision making.

Thorough understanding of the aviation industry and more specifically, a good

understanding of wholistic airport operations is considered an asset.

ORAT experience in large international airport projects greater than CAD $500M is an asset.

Additional Information

This position requires work on-site/out of the office 5 days a week.
