Customer Service Representative

Location : Mississauga, Ontario, Canada (Hwy 401/403/410 Area)

Nett Technologies Inc., a leading manufacturer of engine emission control systems, has an opening for a technical Customer Service Representative. The company designs and manufactures a full range of exhaust after-treatment emission control products for OE and aftermarket diesel, LPG, gasoline, and natural gas engines. Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely sales support to inside and outside sales team including order entry, phone, and e-mail, e-commerce inquiries
  • Create quotes process Order Confirmations and Work Orders in collaboration with Engineering and Manufacturing Departments
  • Coordinate sales leads and customer satisfaction feedback processes
  • Record and maintain appropriate information in the company CRM database
  • Provide technical consultative service (we will train) to determine market application needs
  • Processes warranty claims and appropriate debit/credit for defective or returned materials
  • In a timely and efficient manner, completes documentation for cross border shipping requirements
  • Qualifications and

    Experience:

  • Completion of post-secondary education and/or 1-3+ years relevant experience in customer service role or inside/outside sales in a technical field
  • Excellent customer service, sales support attitude and delivery
  • Logical approach and a mechanical aptitude
  • Able to build strong relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work to deadlines and comfortable with multi-tasking
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong computer skills in Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Additional Preferred

    Competencies:

  • Experience in one or more of the following industries: forklift, construction equipment, gen-set, mining, diesel/LPG engines, automotive, exhaust systems, sheet metal, manufacturing
  • Understanding of engine exhaust emissions control systems
  • Exposure to manufacturing and B2B support processes
