Sell Manulife Bank lending solutions through robust client conversations, advisor collaboration, and strong relationship management from home. Territory travel is required.
As a Mortgage Specialist, you will promote Manulife One, Manulife Bank Select, and associated lending solutions. You will build a consumer client base, collaborate with financial advisors, and help clients understand financial options. The assigned regions include Ottawa, Kingston, Barrie, Sudbury, and North Bay.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct needs-focused conversations with prospective clients
- Promote Manulife Bank lending and deposit solutions
- Collaborate with financial advisors across the territory
- Ensure flawless delivery and appropriate servicing handoffs
- Provide field feedback on products and services
- Proven consultative sales capability and strong closing skills
- Solid residential mortgage underwriting experience
- Three to five years underwriting experience
- High energy, self-motivation, and positive attitude
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Use mortgage expertise, client needs analysis, and advisor relationships to grow Manulife Bank lending solutions across Ontario.
