About your role:
At Fiserv, we deliver payment and commerce technology that helps businesses move money securely and efficiently. The Integration Solutions team enables seamless payment integrations for ISVs and complex merchant environments across Card Present and Card Not Present channels. As a Senior Product Analyst, you will scope integration solutions, support certification and go-live activities, and drive scalable outcomes for mid-market and national accounts.
What you’ll do:
Drive and manage custom integration efforts for ISVs and merchants, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical capabilities.Collaborate with Fiserv Canada and internal cross-functional teams to identify, map, and certify integration solutions.Partner with Implementation to support seamless go-live experiences, including troubleshooting and post-launch support coordination.Gather and define payment system requirements to support client-specific use cases and integration needs.Support and enable partner integrations with Clover, providing technical guidance and coordination.Act as a trusted advisor to clients and partners on integration design, certification, and operational readiness.Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.Experience you’ll need to have:
4+ years of experience in payment systems and payment processing covering Card Present and Card Not Present channels.5+ years of experience in API design and integration (RESTful APIs, OAuth, JSON) and SDK implementation.4+ years of experience with ISV integrations and merchant platform enablement, including Clover.5+ years of experience in integration certification, integration testing frameworks, and PCI DSS compliance processes.4+ years of experience with payment gateways and transaction lifecycle protocols (including familiarity with ISO 8583).5+ years of experience in SQL and transaction data analysis for reconciliation and reporting (e.g., Snowflake, Postgre
SQL).6+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.Experience that would be great to have:
Experience with Payments Canada rules, Interac schemes, or Canadian acquiring models.Project management or Agile certifications (PMP, CSM) and experience using Jira and Confluence.Familiarity with card networks’ certification processes (Visa, Mastercard) and test lab coordination.Experience with payment gateway vendors and tokenization solutions (e.g., token vaults, HSM integration).Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems for integration tracking.How you’ll work:
