Lead complex modernization programs at Kyndryl using technical solution management and cross-tower coordination across applications, cloud, mainframe, and network domains. Travel globally at least 25%.
As a Modernization Engagement Lead, you will connect sales, architects, consulting, legal, and delivery teams from pre-sales through initial delivery. You will shape deliverable solutions, manage dependencies, and keep programs on track. The work includes application modernization, cloud migration, mainframe modernization, and network and edge modernization.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate modernization programs from pre-sales through initial delivery
- Lead scoping, proof-of-concept framing, and delivery readiness
- Create and review Statements of Work and acceptance criteria
- Manage cross-tower plans, dependencies, risks, and mitigation actions
- Apply agentic AI capabilities and modernization playbooks
- Five years coordinating large-scale modernization programs
- Five years across applications, cloud, mainframe, and network and edge
- Technical solution leadership across multiple towers
- Strong client presentation and value proposition skills
- Experience with AI-enabled tools and modernization frameworks
