Responsibilities
βœ… Start up, operate, and safely shut down production lines in accordance with all safety protocols and procedures

πŸ”„ Changeover materials and update production dates based on current shop order requirements

πŸ’» Operate IPC interfaces and in-line labeling systems efficiently and accurately

βš™οΈ Identify and clear jams, troubleshoot equipment issues, and perform minor repairs when possible to minimize downtime

🧼 Perform routine cleaning and general maintenance, and promptly notify the appropriate personnel when additional maintenance is required

πŸ“‹ Report any food safety or product quality concerns to authorized team members immediately

πŸ”§ Support other production tasks and duties as assigned by the supervisor or team lead

Qualifications
βœ… Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
πŸ“˜ Willing to learn and apply Manufacturing Best Practices to support continuous improvement
⏰ Flexible availability, including overtime and occasional weekend shifts as needed
🀝 Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
