This experienced Key Holder / Sales Associate role is based at Boathouse in Mississauga. You will open and close the store, handle cash, lead the sales floor, and support associates. The position focuses on personal and team sales goals, UPT, conversion, product knowledge, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Open and close the store
- Handle cash and complete daily deposits
- Drive personal and team sales goals
- Coach part-time associates on the sales floor
- Manage merchandising, shipment, recovery, and loss prevention
- At least one year of retail key holder experience
- Proven sales-driven mindset
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Full weekend and holiday availability
- Reliability, maturity, and independent work ability
